Stephen Owendoff

Steve is Liberty Development’s General Counsel. Previously he was General Counsel for Liberty Bank, N.A. and an attorney in private practice with Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP. His years of legal experience include public and private securities offerings for issuers and underwriters, acquisitions and sales of businesses. Extensive expertise in the areas of real estate, including representation of real estate developers, and closely held businesses. He is a graduate of Kent State University and received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. His civic involvement includes various Catholic Charities organizations, school Boards (Hiram College Advisory Board, Breakthrough Charter Schools and Erieview Catholic), Sisters of Notre Dame Advisory Board and Notre Dame Schools Advancement Committee, InMotion Board, Leadership Cleveland Board, Western Reserve Historical Society Board and  Vocational Guidance Services Board, among many others.
